Youth's Ideological and Political Education and Innovation Under the View of the Scientific Concept of Development

本文基于学习实践科学发展观的新形势给高校思想政治教育带来的新机遇、新挑战,提出加强、改进和创新高校思想政治教育,必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,坚持"以人为本"原则,加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,加强网络道德建设,倡导诚信理念,注重和谐校园的育人功能。

Based on new opportunities and challenges to university ideological and political education brought by learning and practicing scientific development concept, the essay proposed principles as to enhance, improve and innovate university ideological and political education teaching staff construction with the practice of man - oriented principles and network morality construction, promoting loyalty concepts and giving priority to campus talents cultivation.
