摘要
在开发高速防滑制动ABS系统时,需要考虑制动器制动压力的动态响应过程。文章在钳式制动器的制动压力控制试验的基础上,分析了制动压力在增压与减压方向上响应的不对称性,推导了制动压力的数学模型,验证了有关的结论。
The dynamic behaviour of brake pressure needs to be considered in the control stratety of any high-speed ABS.In this paper, the pressure response to electromagnetic valve opening is studied and a brake pressure model in frequency domain is developed. Besides, an asymmetry phenomena in pressure variation is analyzed. A test of brake pressure control for 54-Girling Calliper (Volve ) is carried out. The model fits the test results accurately.
