摘要
当今世界,女性在政坛上发挥着举足轻重的作用,一些女性在国家乃至国际政治事务中担当着重要角色。如何发挥女性在政治事务中的独特优势,提升女性的领导能力,培养优秀的女性领导,是一个值得分析、探讨的问题。
Currently,the female play an important role in politics,and some female become leaders in nation politics,even in international politics.How to make full use of female＇s unique advantage,improving female＇s leadership,culturing superior female leader is a question deserved to analyze and discuss.
