摘要
文章介绍了一种采用新型气动元件的机械手的结构、气动系统及其PLC控制。机械手的各个执行机构之间采用积木式的连接,具有可抓呼吸的多用途功能,其PLC控制系统既可单独工作,也可由网络操作,实现远程控制。该设计方法为简化机械手结构、增加功能、增强通用性提供了一条新途径。
In this paper, the structure, drive system and PLC controlling of a manipulator with new type pneumatic components is introduced. The manipulator ' s actuators can be connected like building-blocks with multi-purpose such as gripping and suction holding,and the PLC control system can be operated alonely or remotely on the network.
