试论电大开放教育学生信息素养的现状及对策

On Current Situation of Open Education Students' Information Literacy in TV & Radio University

进入信息时代,信息素养成为人们适应未来社会的基本生存能力。开放教育学生主要是在网络上学习知识,获取信息,对信息进行理解、提取加工和组织处理。信息素养能力的高低成为评价开放教育学生素质的一项重要指标。本文通过调查问卷和访谈相结合的形式对南方某市部分开放教育学生的信息素养做了调查分析,认为当今开放教育应注重学生信息素养的培养,以适应时代发展的需要。

On entering the information age,one's information literacy has become one of his fundamental competences to adapt himself to the future society. For an open education student,the network constructs the most important access to acquiring,understanding,processing and organizing knowledge and information. Thus,information literacy has turned out to be an indispensable indicator to measure qualities of an open education student. This paper analyzes results of a survey comprising questionnaires and interviews on Open Education students' information literacy in a Southern Chinese city,and concludes that today's open education should focus on the cultivation of information literacy to meet needs of the time development.
