国内英美成人教育研究综述

Adult Education Development History in UK & USA and Inspiration to China

从实践和理论两方面梳理英美成人教育发展历程,对指导我国今后成人教育工作具有一定的借鉴意义。本文着重从组织机构、相关法律建设、经费来源、成教行政管理体制管窥英美两个发达国家的成人教育的实践经验,从学科理论体系、人才培养、研究方法等探寻其理论建设脉络,得出建设我国成人教育事业的经验和启示。

Many important inspirations to adult education in China are revealed,when reviewing the practice and theory history of its counterparts in UK & US. This thesis focuses on aspects of organizational system,legislation,funding,and administrative mechanism to study the experience of the two states,and summarizes useful points in terms of the subject theory,talents cultivation,research method,which are of great significance to the adult education construction in China.
