摘要
教师反思主要是教师从自己的经历、学生的反馈、同事的评价和理论文献的解读中对自己的信念、知识、教学实践及其背景进行审视。近年来兴起的反思性教学是教师对教学实践的思考、分析和评价,是教师实现自我发展的有效途径。
A teacher's reflection refers to his review of his own teaching philosophy,knowledge,teaching practice and background based on his experience,students' feedback,colleagues' evaluation and theoretical literature interpretation. The recently rising reflective teaching is an effective way to analyze and assess the teacher's instruction practice,and improve his professional development.
