中美高校勤工助学比较研究

Comparison of Work-Study Program between Chinese and American Universities

勤工助学活动是资助贫困大学生的重要渠道之一。目前,我国高校勤工助学活动已初步形成体系,但尚不健全,勤工助学活动面临着岗位数量有限且层次较低等问题。该文通过对中美两国高校勤工助学活动进行比较,提出我国高校应拓宽勤工助学渠道、加强勤工助学管理的现代化和信息化建设,并发挥勤工助学的育人功能。

Work-study program is an important approach to funding less well-to-do university students. Such system is still in the bud in China,and faces problems like limited accesses and low-leveled activities,which need improving. A comparison is made with American universities in this regard,and Chinese universities are suggested to broaden channels,strengthen modernization and informatization construction,and deepen the educating function of work-study program.
