社区肥胖成年人中医体质调查

Survey on Constitution of Fat Adult in Community

目的:探讨肥胖与中医体质的相关性。方法:运用《中医体质分类与判定》量表进行中医体质调查。调查对象410例,其中肥胖组200例,非肥胖对照组210例。结果:从人群分布看,对照组平和体质高于肥胖组(P<0.05);肥胖组气虚质、痰湿质的人数高于对照组(P<0.05)。体质积分比较,肥胖组痰湿质、湿热质积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。肥胖组偏颇体质积分较高的类型:痰湿质、气虚质、湿热质。结论:肥胖的发生与痰湿、气虚、湿热体质密切相关。

Objective：To research the relativities about the fat and constitution.Methods：use classification and judging of constitution to investigate.In 410 participants,200 were in fat group,and another 210 in healthy control group.Results：The number of balanced constitution in healthy control group is higher than that in fat group（P〈0.05） .On the other hand,the number of Qi-deficiency Constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution is higher in fat group（P〈0.05） .The scoring of phlegmdampness constitution and damp-heat constitution of fat group is bigger（P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Fat is related to TCM constitution,such as phlegm-dampness constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and damp-heat constitution.
