Experience of Professor XUAN Guo-wei's Pifu Jiedu Tang on Eczema Hard to Be Cured

目的:归纳总结禤国维教授运用皮肤解毒汤治疗顽固性湿疹经验。方法:从病因病机以及实例进行总结归纳。结果:皮肤解毒汤的处方原则是针对顽固性湿疹的发病机理而来。结论:皮肤解毒汤无论是从组方原则还是实际疗效,均证明了临床的有效性。

Objective：To summarize the experience of professor XUAN Guo-wei＇s Pifu Jiedu Tang on eczema hard to be cured.Methods：To summarize from the etiology and pathogenesis as well as examples of treating.Results：The Pifu Jiedu Tang follows the principles of the pathogenesis of eczema hard to be cured. Conclusion：Pifu Jiedu Tang either from the inner composition principle or the actual effect,have proved clinically effective.
