摘要
目的:研究参芪注射液对冠脉结扎性心肌梗塞的影响。方法:注射给药。将麻醉犬开胸,分离冠状动脉左前降支第3个主要分支处并结扎之。于结扎后的不同时间点描记心脏外膜心电图,采血检测血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),并于实验后摘取心脏,称重后速冻,均匀切成薄片,氯化硝基四氮唑兰染色,分离梗塞区并称重。对各时间点、各例心脏表面各探测点心电图S-T段偏移绝对值的总和(∑-ST)与各时间点、各例心脏表面各探测点心电图ST段偏移≥2mm的心电图总点数(N-ST)、CK活性、LDH活性、心肌梗塞区重量占全心和心室重量的百分比进行组间t检验。结果:与模型对照组相比,各给药组∑-ST、N-ST、CK、LDH、梗塞区重量占全心及心室重量的百分比均显著降低。结论:参芪注射液具有显著抗冠脉结扎性心肌梗塞的作用,相同剂量下作用明显优于丹参注射液。
Objective:To study the effects of Shenqi injection on the myocardial infarction in coronary ligated dogs.Methods:Injection drug delivery.The dog model of myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of coronary artery,separate and ligate left anterior descending coronary artery of the third main branch in the anaesthetized open-chest dogs.At different time points after ligation,we use the epicardial monitor to record Epicardial ECG.The activities of creatine phosphokinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase LDH)were determined.Remove the heart,weighed and frozen,then cut into thin slices,quantitative histological analysis combined with nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)staining method,and then separate the part of myocardial infarction,weighed.The indexes were analysed by t test including.The changes of each cardiac ST segment in electrocardiogram(∑-ST and N-ST)at each time point ST segment offset≥2mm,the activities of CK and LDH,the percentage of weight of myocardial infarction area with that of cardic ventride and whole heart.Results:Compared with model control group,the treatment group of∑-ST,N-ST,CK,LDH,the percentage were significantly reduced.Conclusion:Shenqi injection has significant effect in against the coronary ligation of myocardial infarction in dogs,and which is remarkably superior to that of Danshen injection under the same dosage.
