积雪草提取物溶液治疗兔眼角膜瘢痕实验研究

摘要 目的:通过动物实验研究积雪草提取物溶液在兔眼角膜瘢痕治疗中的作用,为积雪草在眼科临床应用提供实验依据。方法:取30只兔(60只眼),用烧灼法制作角膜瘢痕的动物模型,随机分为3组:A组生理盐液对照组(20只眼);B组1%积雪草提取物溶液治疗组(20只眼);C组0.2%透明质酸钠溶液对照组(20只眼)。60天后随机数字表法,分别观察兔眼角膜瘢痕的变化,并结合病理学和光镜结构变化。结果:积雪草提取物溶液组治疗后,角膜瘢痕面积、厚度与透明质酸钠溶液对照组及生理盐液对照组相比较明显减小,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。组织病理学显示积雪草提取物溶液组角膜基质层成纤维母细胞排列较透明质酸钠溶液对照组及生理盐液对照组规则。结论:积雪草提取物溶液能有效抑制胶原形成细胞的增殖及胶原的合成,是一种有效的治疗角膜瘢痕的药物。 Objective:Animal experimental study by centella asiatica extract solution in the rabbit cornea scar treatment of the role of centella asiatica in ophthalmology to provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods:To take 30 rabbits(60 eyes),with burning method produced an animal model of corneal scar were randomly divided into 3 groups:A group of physiological saline solution control group(20 eyes);B group 1%Centella asiatica extract solution the treatment group(20 eyes);C group 0.2%sodium hyaluronate solution of the control group(20 eyes).60 days after the random number table method were used to observe the changes of rabbit corneal scar,combined with structural changes in pathology and light microscopy. Results:Centella asiatica extract solution group after treatment,corneal scar size,thickness and sodium hyaluronate group and physiological saline solution significantly reduced compared with the control group,there is a significant difference(P〈0.05).Histopathology showed asiatica extract solution group corneal stroma fibroblasts arrangement of sodium hyaluronate compared with the control group and physiological saline control group rules.Conclisions:Centella asiatica extract solution can effectively inhibit collagen formation of cell proliferation and collagen synthesis,is an effective drug for the treatment of corneal scars.
