偏头痛以反复发作的一侧或双侧搏动性的剧烈头痛为主要症状,虽然至今未明确发病机制,但在实际的临床治疗中,各种探索性的方法层出不穷,其中尤以中西医相结合治疗的效果让人备受鼓舞。文章综述了最近几年中西医结合治疗的进展。

With the recurrent sever pulsatile headache of unilateral or bilateral as the symptoms,migraine is still a mystery on pathogenesis.However,in practical clinical treatment,various exploratory ways came one after another.Among these methods,researchers were particularly inspired by the treatment of integrated traditional and western medicine.This article reviews the progress made in recent years.
