摘要
本文对无夹具制造中的工件寻位问题进行了理论分析,找出了问题的难点,提出了可行的解决办法。在此基础上建立了工件寻位的线性化数学模型,研究出了求T矩阵的快速迭代算法,开发了工件寻位软件并进行了实验验证。理论分析与实验结果表明,本文提出的方法可行,为无夹具制造系统的实现奠定了必要的理论与技术基础。
The part state searching problem in fixture free manufacturing is theoretically analysed,the obstacle is found and the feasible solving approach is put forward.On the basis of that a linearized mathmatical model of part state searching is built up,the high speed iterative algorithm of solving T matrix is worked out and the software of part state searching is developed.Finally,experiment is carried out.Theoretical analysis and experimental result show that the presented method is feasible,which lays a necessary theoretical and technical foundation for the implementation of fixture free manufacturing system.
