摘要
通过对镀锡基板板面边部出现大量翘皮前后的现场数据分析,发现钢中氮含量与板面边部翘皮形成有显著相关性。为此,提出了生产镀锡基板时钢中氮控制的措施,有效控制了板面翘皮现象的发生。
By means of analyzing the processing data of tin-plating plate before and after forming upwarping,discovers that the content of N has obvious relationship with the occurrence of upwarping.According to this,adopted some measures to controll N-content during manufacture process of the tin-plating plate,reduced obviously the occurrence of upwarping.
