大型板坯加热炉中钢坯温度分布的软测量研究及实现

Research and Development of Soft sensing Instrument for Slab Temperature measuring Moving in Large Scale Reheating Furnace

本文以大型板坯加热炉中钢坯温度分布检测为典型应用背景，运用机理建模技术建立了钢坯温度分布的软测量模型，研制成功了以工业计算机为核心的检测仪表，并进行了工业试验验证。结果表明，测量精度完全符合工业应用要求。

In this paper,a new method to measure slab temperature for large scale reheating furnace is proposed based on soft sensing model,and a leaded instrument,including industrial PC and high performance DAS cards as its main units is developed.The industrial experiments show that the instruments precision is good enough to satisfy the enginerring demands.The results can be used in such industrial fields as moving solid objects tempe rature measuring for large scale heating space.
