摘要
本文以大型板坯加热炉中钢坯温度分布检测为典型应用背景,运用机理建模技术建立了钢坯温度分布的软测量模型,研制成功了以工业计算机为核心的检测仪表,并进行了工业试验验证。结果表明,测量精度完全符合工业应用要求。
In this paper,a new method to measure slab temperature for large scale reheating furnace is proposed based on soft sensing model,and a leaded instrument,including industrial PC and high performance DAS cards as its main units is developed.The industrial experiments show that the instruments precision is good enough to satisfy the enginerring demands.The results can be used in such industrial fields as moving solid objects tempe rature measuring for large scale heating space.
