2009年南宁市成年人甲型流感病毒H3、H9抗体血清学调查分析

Serological surveillance on antibody of subtype H3,H9,influenza A viruses,in adult population of Nanning City

目的了解2009年南宁市成年人甲型流感病毒H3、H9亚型感染情况,探讨流感流行的现状和趋势。方法应用HI法对随机抽样的216份血清样本进行流感抗体血清学检测。结果人群H3、H9抗体的阳性率分别为88.89%、12.04%,H3抗体阳性率有随年龄增长而增加的趋势。结论南宁市成年人流感病毒H3抗体维持在保护性水平,并已受禽流感病毒H9亚型的感染。禽流感病毒在人群中的感染状况需进一步研究。

Objective In order to assess the situation of infection of subtype H3,H9 influenza viruses among the adult population in Nanning City,and explore the status and trends of influenza pandemic.Methods 216 blood samples were randomly collected and subtype influenza viruses antibodies were detected by using Hemagglutination-inhibition test.Results H3 and H9 antibody positive rate of the participants were 88.89% and 12.04% respectively.In addition,H3 antibody positive rate increased with the age.Conclusions Subtype H3 antibody of Nanning adult population remained at the level of protection,and this part of population had already been infected by subtype H9 avian viruses.Therefore,the situation of the local population infected by avian influenza viruses needs to be further studied.
