摘要
针对河南省移动网络,从网络优化的目标、方法、所要实现的功能、系统结构等方面提出设计需求,架构并开发了基于B/S的移动通信GSM网络优化系统平台,目前已通过评审并进行了具体实施工作.实践表明:该系统平台具有可伸缩的扩展性、跨平台操作性、数据一致性、高度可用性、安全可靠性等特点.
Aiming at Henan mobile network and taking objectives,methods,functions to be realized and system structure into account,it develops a mobile telecommunication platform based on B/S framework and it is used in real life.It shows that this platform is characteristic of elastic expansibility,cross-platform operability,data consistency,high availability and safe reliability.
