摘要 以苯酚、甲醛和硼酸为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,合成了不同硼含量的改性酚醛树脂,并利用红外光谱仪、热重分析和冲击试验等方法对其性能进行了分析.结果表明:酚醛树脂与硼酸发生了反应,形成了B-O-C键;硼改性酚醛树脂的耐热性随硼含量的增加而提高;随着硼含量的增加,改性酚醛树脂的冲击韧性提高,但当硼质量分数超过6%,其冲击韧性有所下降. Boron modified phenolic resins(BMPR)with different boron contents were synthesized from phenol,formaldehyde and boric acid using Sodium hydroxide as catalyst.The properties of resins were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectra,thermogravimetric analysis and the impact test.The results show that Phenolic resin reacted with boric acid in PR to form B-O-C bond.Heat resistance of BMPRs increases with the incresing of boron content.Impact strength of BMPR is higher than that of phenolic resin without boron.And it increases with the increasing of boron content,but decreases slightly with 6% boron content.
