The design scheme for the 7.05×2.5m rectangular section pier of Changshanpu Hun River Bridge on the K31 ＋ 640.995 Shen - Ji Expressway is introduced in details and computational analysis is carried out. Some attentions in the construction process and corresponding disposal methods are put forward.
