摘要
为筛选具有生物活性的天然色素的高产菌株,从土壤中分离一株红色素高产菌株jx1,根据形态、生理生化和16S rRNA序列分析,鉴定为黏质沙雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)。并通过UV-Vis和LC/MS等方法,对红色素的结构进行了表征,确定该色素为灵菌红素(prodigiosins,PG),并对该菌的碳氮源等发酵条件进行了初步优化,使红色素产量提高到5.1 g/L。
To seek for the microbe-derived material with biological activity resource, a high-yield red pigment strain jx1 was screened from soil samples. With the following identifications of colony morphology, physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the strain jxl was classified as Serratia marcescens. The red pigment was identified as prodigiosin by the methods of UV- Vis and LC/MS. In order to enhance the production of the red pigment, the fermentation conditions, such as carbon source, nitrogen source and so on, were optimized and the red pigment production reached 5.1 g/L after obtaining the optimum conditions of the culture. The results showed that the prodigiosin yield of the post-optimization was 170% up in flask compared with the origin culture condition. The strain has a bright future for industrial application.
