摘要 对苏丹草进行甘蔗条纹花叶病毒(SCSMV)人工接种,其叶片呈现连续褪绿条斑症状。采用RT-PCR和SC-SMV特异性引物SCSMV-ST2(F)、SCSMV-P1(R)对苏丹草染病植株上的甘蔗条纹花叶病毒进行鉴定,结果为阳性;对所获得的PCR扩增产物进行克隆和序列分析,获得0.5kbp片段,在GenBank数据库中的注册号为No.EU650178;通过BLAST比对和系统遗传分析(MEGA 4.0),将其鉴定为甘蔗条纹花叶病毒,这是首次发现苏丹草可作为一种甘蔗条纹花叶病毒的人工选择寄主。 Sugarcane streak mosaic virus (SCSMV) displayed symptoms of continuous chlorotic streak on sudan grass (Sorghum sudanense Stapf.) by mechanical sap inoculation. These infected plants (sudan grass) were identified positive for SCSMV with RT-PCR assays with SCSMV specific primer SCSMV-ST2 (F) and SCSMV-P1 (R). The amplified PCR prod- uct from the host plant (sudan grass) was cloned and sequenced and the 0.5kbp product was registered in GenBank with Accession No.EU650178. The BLAST search analysis identified it as SCSMV and confirmed by phylogenetic analysis (MEGA 4.0). This is a new report of sudan grass as an alternative mechanical host for SCSMV.
