会理烟区烤烟不同叶位物理性状与化学品质关系的研究 被引量:3

A Study on the Main Physical Properties and Main Chemical Components of Flue - Cured Tobacco Leaves from Different Leaf Position

摘要 对会理不同叶位烤烟烟叶的外观质量分级、烟叶主要物理特性和主要化学成分进行分析。结果表明:第1—6叶位烟叶分级结果和理化检测结果差异不明显,第16—21叶位的差异也较小,且其烟叶总体品质较差,可用性稍低;而第7~15叶位的烟叶物理特性和化学品质差异较小,归属中部叶,由于其处于最有利的生长条件,烤后不仅多形成橘色烟且总体质量最佳。第5~7叶位为下部叶到中部叶的过渡叶位;第13~16叶位为中部叶到上部叶的过渡叶位,通过调节技术措施可以提高中部叶的比例。 Experiments were conducted in Huili County,Sichuan Province, to grade the appearance quali- ty of different position leaves and to analyze the main physical properties and chemical components. The results showed that the difference in grading, chemical components and physical properties of thel - 6 leaves was not obvious, so was the difference in the 16 -21 leaves,which were worse tobacco leaves with low usage in ge- neval ;but the physical properties and main chemical components of the 7 -15 leaves, showed small difference, because the tobacco leaves as cutters were in the most favorable growth condition, and had more orange leaves and the best quality after curing. The 5 -7 leaves are the transitional ones from the lower- position leaves to cutter leaves; the 13 - 16 leaves were the transitional leaves from cutter leaves to the upper -position leaves. The ratio of cutter leaves could be raiseed by adjusting measures.
