摘要
利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)仪梯度洗脱程序对花谢后2周的石蒜属植物和中国水仙17份样品鳞茎中石蒜碱、力可拉敏和加兰他敏3种生物碱含量进行测定,并对生物碱含量进行方差分析、多重比较及相关分析,探讨石蒜属生物碱含量的种间差异性及影响因素。结果表明:所测3种生物碱的含量在石蒜属种间存在很大的差异,不同种间加兰他敏的含量为0.18~5.15 mg/g,力可拉敏为0.20~2.94 mg/g,石蒜碱为1.84~8.36 mg/g。种间差异达极显著水平(P〈0.01)。同一物种石蒜碱与力可拉敏、力可拉敏与加兰他敏含量呈一定的正相关,相关系数分别为0.406 7和0.172 6,但石蒜碱与加兰他敏之间几乎没有相关性。被测石蒜属植物3种生物碱含量种间差异悬殊,同种不同产地间也存在差异,可作为石蒜属药用种质资源选择的依据。
The contents of lycorine,lycoramine,and galanthamine in bulbs of 17 samples of Lycoris and Narcissus tazetta L.var.chinensis were determined with HPLC technique,a variance analysis and multiple comparisons of the three alkaloids contents in different species were done,and the interspecific difference and influence factors of alkaloids contents were also discussed.The results indicated that there existed significant differences in three alkaloids contents in different Lycoris species(P0.01).The contents of galanthamine,lycoramine and lycorine among of them were from 0.18 to 5.15,0.20 to 2.9 4,and 1.84 to 8.36 mg/g respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the relationship between the contents of lycorine and lycoramine,between lycoramine and galanthamine were positive in the same species,the correlation coefficients were 0.4067,0.172 6 respectively.However,there was no correlation between the contents of lycorine and galanthamine.The contents of lycorine,lycoramine,and galanthamine were obviously variable in different Lycoris species and in the same species at different localities.This provides reference for the selection of germplasm with high content of alkaloids.
