摘要 首先分析了缠绕机的工作方式、缠绕工艺及影响缠绕制品质量的关键因素。详细地介绍了一种新型数控布带缠绕机的结构、组成及实现方式。并对机床本体、CNC数控系统、工业控制机系统和加工制冷四大部分的功能及工作原理作了介绍。同时,对影响缠绕制品致密性的关键物理参数—布带张力的控制及检测,作了较为详细的探讨。 The working mode of the winding machine, winding technology and the key factors effecting quality of the winded product are anylised at first. The structure, composition and the formation method of a new type NC cloth tape winding machine are introduced in detail. It is also introduced the four new parts: The machine body, The CNC System, the industrial control system and heating cooling system, as well as its functions and working principle are described. The key parameters i.e. control and inspection of tape tension, effecting compactness of winded product are investigated in detail.
