摘要
通过经济管理中的模型曲线KANO为理论线索,分析了手机产品发展的基本需求阶段、期望需求阶段以及兴奋需求阶段等几个阶段的手机产品特点,并且通过对手机产品外观造型、操作界面、功能拓展等几个方面的例证分析,为产品设计如何在商业竞争中取得优势提出一些可行的依据。
Based on the famous model of economic management as the theoretical curve KANO clues, it analyzed the basic needs of mobile product development stage, the expected demand requirements stage and exciting phase of mobile phones and other characteristics of several stages. Through mobile phones appearance, operation interface, function expansion such aspects as an example of analysis, it put forward some practical basis for product design in a commercial competitive advantage.
