摘要
提出了一种新的简单易行的高速、高精度、低噪声凸轮设计计算方法,根据有限差分法建立高速凸轮廓线设计方程式,并利用计算机程序进行设计计算,采用该法可根据实际需要设置参数,对廓线进行修正和设计,以达到不同的目的。最后,通过实例加以说明比较,对其计算精度,实用性与简单可靠性加以证实。
This paper proposes a new and easy to perform method for designing and calculating cam of high speed, high precission and low noise. The equation for designing the high speed cam profile is established based on finite difference method. Design and calculation are performed by computer. By applying this method, parameters may be set according to practical requirements to correct and to design the profile. The calculating accuracy, praticality and reliability are verified through examples.
