摘要
论述了虚拟样机的概念并给出了汽车轻量化虚拟样机系统的单元模块组成及功能框架,以汽车音响音量调谐及四位选择系统性能仿真及光照模拟为例,介绍了在虚拟样机系统支持下实现开发汽车音响时如何去实现一体化建模、分析和评价等。应用CATIA软件建立导光板及其部件的三维模型,应用ANSYS软件对其进行强度分析,在虚拟样机平台的数据库中调用材料的物理属性,经计算可知导光板及其部件满足强度要求;应用SPEOSCAAV5软件对音量调谐及四位选择系统进行光照模拟,结果表明光照设计方案满足了光照灰度及均匀度的要求。实践表明,虚拟样机能够对汽车产品开发过程提供有效的技术支持。
The conception of Virtual Prototype technology are described,the Virtual Prototype's module and its function frame are given.As an example that the structural performance simulation and lighting test for the volume tuning and four direction choosing system,the way to built up expert system of analysis and evaluation development and integrated simulation frame about car audio based on virtual prototype technology is presented.With the help of CATIA software,three-dimensional model of light guide plate and their components is established.By the used of software ANSYS,which is an important CAE tool in the virtual prototype platform,strength analysis has been calculated,the physical properties of materials is selected form the platform' database.The ultimate result reveal,light guide plate and their components have been calculated to meet the strength requirement.At the same time,SPEOS CAAV5 software is used for light simulation for volume adjustment and four selection system,the results show that the design meets the illumination light gray and uniformity requirements.In the primary application practice,the system developed based on VP can effectively support the product development.
