摘要
针对GJT112型推土机液压系统在维护保养中面临的困难,研制了其工作原理与故障分析实训台。在研制过程中应用了单片机技术、故障树理论和大规模薄膜开关矩阵制作工艺,使试验台逼真模拟了推土机工作装置的工作原理。试验台也设置了推土机各个系统常见故障现象、故障原因和故障排除方法的教学实训功能,模拟了其故障的分析过程。
Owing to the difficulty in maintenance of GJT112 bulldozer,the operation principle and fault diagnosis training stand was developed.The microcomputer technology,fault tree theory and technique of large scale membrane switch array ware applied,and it realistically simulated the operation process and principle.The training stand can implemented the teaching and training of bulldozer＇s maintenance and simulation.
