摘要
抽油杆柱是有杆抽油设备的重要部件,它将抽油机的动力传递给井下抽油泵。抽油杆柱在工作过程中,受力复杂,条件恶劣。基于抽油杆柱的实际工作状态,分析了抽油杆柱的所受载荷,将细长的抽油杆柱离散成若干个质量、弹簧、阻尼单元,建立了抽油杆的有限元模型。同时通过运用牛顿运动定律,建立了抽油杆柱的振动微分方程,并结合多自由度simulink仿真原理,建立了抽油杆柱的数学仿真模型。利用此模型,通过改变仿真的参数,进行抽油杆柱动态特性的仿真分析,得到了结论:抽油杆柱在液柱重量加载的拉伸过程中没有发生振动。
Sucker rod string is an important component of sucker rod pumping equipment,it passes the power of pumping to the underground pump.It actions complex forces in deplorable conditions during the work of the sucker rod string.Based on the actual work of sucker-rod status,The writer analyses the sucker rod string load suffered,and take the slender rod string as a number of discrete mass,spring,damping unit,establishes a rod finite element model.At the same time through the use of Newton's laws of motion,establishes the sucker rod string vibration equation.Combined with multiple degrees of freedom Simulink simulation principle,establishes the mathematical simulation model of rod string.Using this model,by changing the simulation parameters for the transient characteristics simulation analysis of the sucker rod string,has been concluded:during the weight of liquid column loading,the sucker rod string does not cause vibration.
