摘要
综合实际数据、曲线介绍了ＰＣＢＮ刀具在淬硬钢、铸铁及有色金属等材料切削加工中的切削特性及其在硬态切削、干式切削、高速切削等加工技术中的应用。同时也介绍了ＰＣＢＮ刀具的加工表面质量。
Combining practical data and curves, this paper introduces the cutting characteristics of PCBN cutting tool in cutting hardened steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal, and application to machining technology of hardened state cutting, dry state cutting and high speed cutting etc.It also introduces the machined surface quality using PCBN cutting tool.
