45钢氮基气氛软氮化冷却方式对处理表面摩擦学性能的影响

摘要 利用球—盘摩擦磨损试验机,研究边界润滑条件下45钢氮基气氛软氮化冷却方式对处理表面摩擦学性能的影响,并利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和波谱仪(WDX)对处理表面的相组成和成分进行了分析。结果表明,空冷较炉冷因所获软氮化层的氧化膜增多,从而摩擦学性能显著提高。 The influence of cooling ways on the tribological properties of 1045 steel surface treated by N 2 base soft nitriding was investigated under boundary lubrication on a “ball-on disc”testing machine. The results show that cooling in the air is better than cooling in a stove with regard to the tribological properties of 1045 steel when its surface is being treated by N 2 base soft nitriding. The X - ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),Wave Disperison X-ray Spectrometer(WDX)were used in phase analysis and composition analysis of the treated surface.
