目前,我国无论是对被征信人信息法律保护的基础理论研究,还是有关征信的法规体系建设,均相对薄弱,致使被征信人利益得不到有效保护。为加强对被征信人信息的法律保护,应加快个人征信信息保护的立法,加强征信执法管理,推动征信业监管和行业自律,尽快建立失信惩戒机制。

At present, either basic theoretical research on legal protection of information about credit investigatees, or system construction of relevant laws and regulations for credit investigation, are in their infancy, resulting in no effective protection of the interests of credit investigatees. To enhance legal protection of credit investigatees, it＇ s necessary to speed up legislation to protect personal credit investigation information, to strengthen the credit investigation law enforcement management, promote the credit investigation industry regulation and self - regulation, and to establish punishment mechanism for discredit as soon as possible.
