摘要
某一草根NGO根据实地采访调查和农村疾病调查报告,引来李嘉诚基金会下属医疗扶贫行动的医疗队到当地进行义诊,却碰到了他们与当地政府合作的严峻问题。该文对这一案例进行分析,并运用博弈论,探讨NGO和当地政府在开展扶贫事业上合作的意图和利益博弈,最后提出解决合作问题的具体对策。
A grass-root non-governmental organization, based on practical interviews and the investigation on the disease in rural areas, lets one subsidiary of the medical anti -poverty action of the Li -Ka -Shing Foundation to treat patients locally for free, but they met some serious problems when cooperated with local government. This paper make a case study, uses game theory to analyze the cooperation between their intentions and interest game, finally puts forward some concrete solutions and suggestions.
