明清长芦巡盐御史制度述略

Censorial System to Salt Commissioner in Changlu in the Ming and Qing Dynasties

巡盐御史制度是明清时期盐业管理中的重要制度之一。本文选择以始派时间较早、持续时间较长、对该地盐业发挥了重要作用的长芦巡盐御史制度为研究对象,对明清两代长芦巡盐御史的职官设置、驻地、职掌等依次进行叙述,并揭示其发展演变的历程。

Salt commissioner censorial system of Ming and Qing Dynasties was one of the important systems management. This paper is a study of Changlu salt commissioner censor system which brought an important role in the local salt industry and the writer narrated the setting, station and duty of salt commissioner and opened out course of evolution.
