不同信用等级条件下第三方物流企业质押融资费率研究

Research on the Third Party Logistics Company’s Inventory Impawn Finance Rate with Distinct Trade Credits

考虑由一个供应商和一个零售商组成的供应链,供应商根据零售商的信用好坏提供不同的延迟支付策略:对于信用等级低的零售商给予部分延迟支付,即部分货款必须立即支付,剩余部分的货款给予延迟支付的优惠;对于信用等级高的零售商给予完全的延迟支付。建立了此情形下的第三方物流企业质押融资服务的优化模型,确定零售商的最优订货周期、最佳订货量和第三方物流企业的最优质押融资服务费率。最后通过算例检验模型的有效性。

Considering a supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer, in which supplier offers different delayed payments policies to the retailers with distinct trade credit. The retailer requests the bad retailer to pay a portion of the purchase amount at the time of placing an order as a collateral deposit, and then grants a permissible delay on the rest of the purchase amount. By contrast, the supplier usually provides a full trade credit to the good retailer without the collateral deposits. Based on the supplier＇s different delayed payment policies and the third party logistics （TPL） company＇s provision of inventory impawn financing service, this paper develops TPL company＇s inventory impawn financing service optimization model. The proposed model studies retailer＇s decision-making of its optimal order quantity and order ordering cycle as well as TPL Company＇s decision-making of its optimal finance rate. At last, a numerical example is given to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed model.
