摘要
研制出一种基于MSP430F149单片机的自动胀管控制器(自动胀管机),并给出自动胀管机的工作原理、电路设计、程序编制。通过采用信号采集与处理、计算机软件控制等技术,由功能强大的单片机MSP430F149对整机工作过程进行精确、自动控制与管理。该胀管机在实际应用中得到验证,设计电路简单,运行稳定可靠,应用广泛。
The paper introduced the working principle, the circuit design and program the compilation of electric tube expander based on the MSP430F149. This powerful microcontroller MSP430F149 accurately and automatically controlled and managed the working process of the machine by using the signal acquisition and processing, and computer software controlling technology. It is proved in the practice operation that the electric circuit of this instrument is simple, the performance is stable, and the application in wide.
