摘要 以89S52单片机和FPGA为控制核心,设计了一个测试四端网络幅频特性和相频特性的扫频仪。系统功能分为扫频信号产生、幅频特性测试、相频特性测试等模块;而操作部分包括矩阵键盘、点阵式液晶显示器、波形显示电路。系统可以测量未知网络特定频率点的频率特性,此外,用户还可以通过键盘设置扫频信号的上下限,并利用示波器精确的显示幅频、相频曲线。 There is a design of a scanner to test the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristic of a four-port network, having 89S52 single chip and FPGA serve as its control core. The function section of the system includes scanning signal-engendered, amplitude-frequency testing and phase-frequency testing. And the operating section includes matrix keyboard, LCD and waveform-showing circuit. By tapping certain keys, the customers can test the dynamic system frequency response property of certain frequency of the unknown network, also the lower limit and upper limit of frequency scanning output signal can be choosed. The curve of amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency property can be shown on the oscillograph.
