摘要
为了提高电梯召唤显示板与主板通信的实时性、可靠性与灵活性,设计出一种基于CAN总线的电梯召唤显示板。与传统系统设计相比,该系统采用CAN总线,通过串行通信方式,构成控制器局域网络。电梯召唤显示板通过接收解析电梯主板发送的数据帧,实时显示电梯运行信息,当乘客有召唤时,该系统立即向主板发送相应的数据帧。实验结果表明,该系统可节省控制信号线近百根,方便电梯的安装和维修,增强了电梯运行的实时性控制,提高了系统的可靠性和灵活性。
Aiming at enhancing the function of real-time, reliability, flexibility in the communication between the system and elevator main board ,this paper designed an elevator display system based on CAN bus. Comparing with the traditional system,this system used CAN bus,and constructed a control LAN through serial communication. The system displayed elevetor's running information by accepting and analyzing the data frames from elevator main board. When the system was called by passangers,it would send the data frames to elevator main board immediately. The experimental results show that the system can save almost one hundred control signal wires, it makes the installation and maintenance more convenient, and enhances the system' function of real-time ,reliability ,flexibility.
