香椿嫩叶中槲皮素和山奈酚的同板薄层鉴别及总黄酮的含量测定 被引量:10

摘要 目的:建立香椿嫩叶的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对香椿嫩叶中槲皮素和山奈酚进行定性鉴别。采用UV法测定总黄酮。结果:在薄层色谱中能检测到槲皮素和山奈酚,总黄酮在0.025~0.25mg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系(R=0.9998),回收率为98.30%,RSD为0.48%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、重现性好、专属性强,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为香椿嫩叶的质量控制方法。 Objective:To establish the quality control standards for Toona sinensis leaves. Methods: Quercetin and kaempferol were identified by TLC. The content of total flavonoids was detected by UV. Results: Quercetin and kaempferol could be detected by TLC. The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.025~0.25 mg/ml(R=0.9998). The average recovery was 98.30% with RSD 0.48%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate ,reproducibility and specificity are good,and with good repeatability and recovery,it can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
