回肠Na^+/胆汁酸转运体(IBAT)及相关疾病
摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食习惯的改变,脂质代谢紊乱及相关性疾病呈现明显的上升趋势。胆汁酸循环在胆固醇代谢中扮演着非常重要的角色。而回肠末端的主动转运过程也是胆汁酸主要成分牛磺酸结合胆酸的唯一吸收方式。本文就回肠Na^＋／胆汁酸转运体（iled bile acid transporter，mAT）与相关疾病的研究作一综述。
