摘要
在分析起重机运行与回转机构中采用常闭式制动器存在问题的基础上，提出一种可操纵的常开式制动器，并介绍了这种制动器的工作原理、特点及应用。
On the basis of analysing the problems in application of normally applied brake in travelling and slewing mechnaisms of cranes,this paper proposes a maneuverable normally released brake and presents its work principle,features and applications.
