摘要
目的探讨强化生活方式对代谢综合征（MS）病人的干预效果。方法采用强化生活方式对73例MS病人进行干预治疗,观察干预前后的体质量、腰围、血压、三酰甘油（TG）、胆固醇（CHOL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、空腹血糖（FBG）的变化,并与对照组（73例,不进行生活方式干预）比较。结果干预组干预前后腰围、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、TG、CHOL、HDL-C、FBG差异有显著性（t=2.239~13.044,P〈0.05、0.01）;干预结束后干预组与对照组体质量、腰围、SBP、DBP、TG、CHOL、HDL-C、FBG比较,差异有显著性（t=2.262~8.660,P〈0.05）。结论强化生活方式是MS病人的有效干预措施。
Objective To explore the effect of enrichment of life style on intervention in patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）. Methods Fortifying life style was intervened in 72 patients with MS.The weight,waistline,blood pressure,TG,CHOL,HDL-C and FBG of the patients were measured,before and after the intervention,and compared with the control. Results The differences of the weight,waistline,blood pressure,TG,CHOL,HDL-C,and FBG were significant between before and after life-style intervention（t=2.239-13.044;P0.05,0.01）.Upon completetion of the study,the differences of the above items between intervention group and the control were significant（t=2.262-8.660,P0.05）. Conclusion Intensive life style intervention is an effective measure for patients with MS.
