摘要
闸门支铰翻身技术,在曹娥江大闸枢纽工程大型钢闸门安装过程中的成功应用,充分利用已有的门式起重设备与支铰配合,采用单边翻身工艺,替代常规的起吊机械凌空翻身工艺,加快了工程施工进度,保障了安装工程质量和施工安全,节省了工程投资,减少了施工用场地面积,解决了闸门安装与土建工程交叉施工之间的干扰和矛盾.使闸门翻身作业成为了一个即安全,又快捷的工序.
The successful application of hinge unilateral rolling technology in Caoe River Gate Hinge Project is introduced in the paper.The new technology,instead of the conventional volley turning technology of the lifting machinery,ensures the progress,the quality and the security of the installation combined with the hoisting equipment and the unilateral rolling hinges.It also saves the project investment,reduces the construction area,and solves interference between the installation and civil engineering construction;therefore a safe and convenient gate turning operation is guarantee d by accelerating the hinge rolling.
