A Research on the Education Mode of Human Kinetic Science Major Based on Market D emands

通过对国内15所体育院校、医学院校和综合大学运动人体学科本科教学和就业情况,以及近期50家企事业单位的人才需求状况进行调查和总结分析,探讨符合市场需求的运动人体学科本科教学模式。认为应将运动人体科学专业分为运动方向和医学方向两个方向分别培养,调整培养目标、课程设置和实践模式,以适应市场的需求。

Based on the analyses and summaries of 15 academies（including sport academies,medicine academies and integrative universities） and the requirement of 50 employers,the author discusses the Education mode of Human Kinetic Science Major,that can adapts the market demands.As a result,the author figures that we should divide the major into two parts,one bases on sports and the other bases on medicine.We should adjust our education aim,courses and practice mode to adapt the market demands.
