新戊二醇在溶剂中溶解度的测定及关联 被引量:13

摘要 用带激光监视系统的可控升温速率的溶解度测定装置,测定了温度范围为286.85-332.75K常压下新戊二醇在有机溶剂甲苯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯,丙酮、苯、甲苯:异丁醇(3:1体积比)、甲苯:异丁醇(13:2体积比)、异丁醇中的固液相平衡数据。运用λh方程和Apelblat方程对所测物系的溶解度进行了关联,其结果表明溶解度方程在上述的研究温度范围和浓度范围内适用,且λh方程优于Apelblat方程。新戊二醇在溶剂中的溶解度的测定与关联为新戊二醇的工业生产、回收提纯以及理论研究提供了重要的固液相平衡数据。 The solubilities of neopentyl glycol in different solvents, such as in toluene, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, benzene, toluene:iso-butanol alcohol (3:1 V/V), toluene:iso-butanol alcohol (13:2 V/V) and iso-butanol alcohol, were measured by using laser monitoring technique at temperature range of 286.85 K to 332.7 K and under atmospheric pressure. The λh equation and Apelblat equation were adopted to correlate the experimental data, and the constant values of these two equations for neopentyl glycol solving in above solvents were determined. Using these two equations, the solubilities calculated are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the correlation results of λh equation is better than those of Apelblat equation. The solubility data and their correlations obtained in this study provide available data for the recovering and purifying neopentyl glycol in its industrial production.
