摘要
实施企业资源计划系统(ERP)系统提升企业核心竞争力的主要方法和手段之一。然而,在我国企业ERP的实施历程中,中小企业ERP实施的成功率一直不高。与我国大型企业乃至世界先进工业国家的中小企业相比,我国中小企业明显存在着人才缺乏、作业流程混乱、管理水平粗放等一系列问题。中小企业应通过ERP的实施来优化、重构企业新的作业流程方案、组织体系和管理模式,培养人才,提升企业核心竞争力。
Implementation of the ERP system is the main ways to raise the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the history of ERP implementation in Chinese enterprises is often failures, especially in small and medium enterprises (SME). Compared to large enterprises in China and SME in advanced industrial countries, SME in China is troubled by such problems as lack of human talents, chaotic processes, low-level management. It has become the most considerable problem for SME to optimize and reconstruct companies through the implementation of ERP systems.
