摘要
昆曼公路作为中国连接东南亚的国际大通道,通车后远远没能达到沿线中国、老挝、泰国三国政府及企业所期望的效果。从现象上看,需要沿线三个主权国家协调好便利化问题,将通道运输有关费用降到最低,从而使物流成本降低。但从国际化的角度来重新认识,核心还是个利益问题。昆曼公路是一条利益的纽带,是经济发展轴线,需要从三国共同利益来考虑问题。因此,昆曼公路必须超越通道的局限,建立一个有效的利益均衡机制。
Kunming-Bangkok Highway,as a main international passage, did not achieve the desired results after its open to traffic. To solve the transport bottleneck problem,Three countries along the highway, China ,Laos and Thailand should reinforce coordination ,cut down logistic cost . In addition, three countries should develop tourism, trade and investment based on communicational cooperation, establish a beneficial equilibrium mechanism.
