摘要
在玩具制造过程中,由于生产工序较多,管理较复杂,出现了生产质量不达标,生产人员管理混乱等现象。本文将RFID应用到玩具生产中,给出了监管系统的总体设计和通讯结构设计。具体进行了硬件节点和软件系统的设计。实际应用表明,本设计能提高玩具的生产效率和生产质量,同时对生产工人进行高效的管理。
In the toy manufacturing process, due to more production processes and complex management, there are many problems in manufacturing quality, production and personnel management. In this article, RFID will be applied to toys production. The paper gives the overall design of the regulatory systems, communication structure, hardware nodes and software system. The application shows that the design can improve the productivity and production quality of toys, and make the whole management system more efficient.
