摘要
采用水蒸气-水解法制备比表面积高、具有中孔分布的锐钛型二氧化钛粉末,并用X射线衍射、比表面仪、扫描电镜等方法进行表征.以染料ZBF降解为模型反应,对其催化性能进行评价.实验结果表明:利用该方法能很容易地生成具有中孔分布的锐钛型二氧化钛,反应过程中的溶剂可完全回收.比表面积为90~130 m2/g、孔径约为49 nm的锐钛型二氧化钛粉体,对质量浓度为20mg/L ZBF染料在60 min内降解率超过95%.
Mesopore radius distribution anatase TiO2 powder with high surface area was prepared by steam-hydrolysis method and characterized by powder XRD,BET and SEM.The negate azo-dyestuff of ZBF photocatalytic oxidation was used as a model reaction to evaluate the activity.The results showed that the anatase TiO2 powder with mesopore radius can be prepared by steam-hydrolysis method,and the dissolvent of reaction process can be recycled.TiO2 powder with surface area of 90~130 m^2/g and a pore radius of 49 nm was used to treat the wastewater concentration of ZBF dyes with 20 mg/L and the degradation rate was over 95 % by photocatalytic oxidization within 60 min.
